Start the Journey
Two animal communicators. Their stories, observations and what the animals kept showing us.
You are on a journey, can you feel it? Join us on the journey Naren Michael and Melanie Hartt began in spring 2025. Our journey continues.
See if our discoveries align with your path. And take conscious action with guidance from your animals.

Your Animals Have the Map
Walk through the following blogs, starting at the first one.
1. Can we see the forest and the trees?
“I'm still in the forest and the trees piece of it. So how do we get in there and actually understand that?” Naren Michael
2. Where the animals took us
Our first recorded reading was in April 2025. Melanie read Diamond, one of my living cats, and neither of us was really sure what we were doing yet. A year later we went back and listened to it again to see what was actually in there. Turns out, quite a lot.
This one is about starting. Melanie found a chessboard in that first reading and worked out that it was also a checkerboard. I found something about the face I show people. If you've ever been stopped by "I don't know where to begin," this is a good place to start.
3. Tea Party for the Soul
Melanie's horse Star set up a tea party. Alice in Wonderland, an ornate platter, and a tiara she picked because it matched her eyes. Then she started handing Melanie back her own good memories and asking what she planned to do with them.
We had a plan for this series. Star had a different one. This entry shifts from us showing you our journey to something you can actually pick up and use. Star speaks for herself here, in her own section. And there's an exercise at the end, so bring your animal.
4. Spring Water for the Spirit
Star came back, this time with a tall glass of cold water from a mountain spring. She plunged her face in first, muzzle slurping. Then she told us to drink, and to "consume" it. When I work with energy in meditation, it usually flows through me and out. This time it stayed.
This entry is about recharging, and about not waiting until the screen goes black. Melanie shares the photo album of her childhood animals, full of gaps, and the new journals Star asked her to start for the animals still to come. There's a guided meditation at the end, beside a mountain stream, if you'd like to try it with your animal.
